Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in System Integration (SI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology (IT) and possess exceptional communication skills. This role involves working closely with our sales team to deliver technical presentations product demonstrations and consultative support to potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our technology solutions.
- Assisting in the creation of proposals RFP responses and technical documentation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and addressing any technical concerns.
- Staying current with industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively advise clients on suitable solutions.
- Supporting the sales team during the negotiation and closure of deals by providing technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar Pre-Sales Engineer role specializing in System Integration.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in relevant IT technologies (e.g. Cisco Microsoft VMware) is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity equality and inclusion in the workplace.
