Organisational Context :
You are part of the COO Tech & Transformation organization. You will report functionally into the Change and Transformation lead Wholesale Bank and you will report hierarchically into the Head of Global Change & Transformation Capabilities.
Roles and responsibilities
You lead a team of Change Experts and ensure delivery of change initiatives withing the FMGT Portfolio.
You set the standard for the change execution and ensure adherence to the Reference Model for Change & Transformation. This includes:
Starting change initiatives with a proper governance and ensuring a realistic plan / roadmap in alignment with the sponsors business owners in FMGT domain;
Stepping in when needed to manage impediments in particular when these extend beyond program and/or domain boundaries;
Driving progress reporting (content) in the portfolio context;
Ensuring a good handover to embed the outcomes in the business-as-usual organisation;
Continuously improving the change practice (reflect and improve delivery);
Leading a change initiative or strategic assignment yourself as senior practitioner.
You act as trusted business partner to senior stakeholders in the FMGT domain and support them in the execution of the respective change portfolio
You pro-actively engage with senior stakeholders including the FMGT leadership team based on comprehensive overview of developments in the domain and the strategic direction
You provide advise & quality assurance regarding investment decisions related to the portfolio
You prioritise Change Expert allocation together with the other Expert Leads
You build capabilities (coaching on the job and developing of domain knowledge) and you actively support personal growth and development of talents who advance their career within ING.

Minimum 15 years experience in Change and Transformation and in Financial Markets in a global context
A deep understanding of Financial Markets and its products life cycle and processing (Front to Finance) to leverage the strengths of our full bank-wide network and successfully deliver change initiatives sponsored by the whole sale banking organisation.
Organisational sensitivity and a deep understanding of the ING organisation
High resilience the ability to deal with ambiguity and manage complexity
Customer focus and the ability to build trust with senior leadership
Ability to lead and develop a team of experts with focus on continuous improvement
Excellent level of English communication and presentation skills
Masters degree and relevant certification
