Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products that meet the needs of our users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that are user-friendly efficient and scalable. Your key responsibiliites will include:
- Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop a deep understanding of the B2B product landscape and the competitive landscape to inform design decisions.
- Conduct user research analyze user feedback and data to identify user needs and preferences and translate them into design solutions.
- Develop wireframes prototypes and mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and other designers to create and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
- Create and maintain design systems style guides and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends tools and technologies and apply them to improve the design process and product quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-year experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a focus on B2B products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills process and results in a B2B context.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or InVision.
- Experience in user research usability testing and data-driven design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
