Do you want to lead Gudrun Sjdns first store in France! Were now hiring a full-time Store Manager for our upcoming Paris location!
About the role
As Store Manager you will lead the daily operations coach the team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You are hands-on proactive and passionate about both people and visual storytelling.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading motivating and developing the store team
- Recruiting and training new staff
- Scheduling follow-up on sales figures and budget responsibility
- Ensuring a visually appealing store aligned with our concept and values
- Collaborating closely with our Stockholm-based HQ to implement campaigns and initiatives
