Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Improve overall architecture leads large cross team projects and be responsible for raising the bar from the technical skills standpoint
Hands on tech leader for the team with deep understanding of open source stack and distributed systems proficient in Java
Design layered application drive the highest quality of architecture and design of purchase/logistic systems
Align with product and business to understand the problem and come out solution and align with stakeholders and lead engineers on mission critical projects to resolve complex business problem
Draw a roadmaps and vison for the scalable and robust growth of the customer platform to support business growth
Collaborate with other Coupang tech teams to make the service extensible to unlock opportunities for innovations
Basic Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills good read/write skills in English
Exceptional deep dive skills and someone who is bar raiser for engineering excellence
At least 10 years working experience on software design & development
Rich experience on distributed system and rich experience developing large scale enterprise
Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with frequent and on-time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in food delivery/e-commerce industry is preferred
