As our IT Desktop Support Level 1 you will be the go-to person for our end-users making sure their systems are running reliably so they can focus on what they do best.
The position will be based at our new facility in Campinas (postal code 13054-709) fulltime and you will work with our colleagues in Brazil US and Canada.
Your role:
Provide friendly and efficient support for global IT solutions.
Train new users and ensure smooth onboarding.
Troubleshoot and maintain computers and peripherals.
Keep technical documentation up to date and accessible.
Install and test IT systems and software.
Safeguard data and ensure system/network security.
Manage relationships with local IT vendors.
Support IT processes and contribute to exciting projects.
Who are you:
A solid understanding of IT and end-user systems.
A proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping others.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and kindly.
Awareness of how IT supports a global business environment.
Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
What we offer:
Salary range 50000 to 53500 BRL gross per year
