Key job responsibilities The Vendor Success Program (VSP) aims to engage JP tail vendors across all Product Families to improve selection breadth quality conversion traffic and will be part of VSPs new paid service VSP as an account manager.
Your key responsibilities will be as below. 1. Help to standardize the account management process for VSP vendors by contributing to the launch of a new paid consultancy service 2. Working directly with top-tier VSP vendors to provide guidance support and insights to drive growth across their Amazon businesses. On a day-to-day basis this includes building vendor business plans and identifying opportunities to drive growth for vendors across new selection conversion traffic availability and operational excellence business pillars. 3. Analyze data and trends to identify action and/or influence long term in order to maximize potential for your assigned portfolio of Vendors. 4. Lead business strategy development and design long term account plans collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and your vendors to find joint areas of opportunity to drive customer success with Amazon. 5. Build effective working relationships with your Vendors; be a trusted advisor and a business advocate.
