Job Description
Title: Developer (Amazon Connect Engineer)Responsibilities:Must have 5 years of strong Fully hands-on with Amazon ConnectDeep understanding of contact center workflows and integrationsProven experience in similar implementations Capable of leading technical design and guiding the engineering teamExperience in enterprise-scale contact center transformation projectsProficiency in creating REST Apis using API Gateway and NoSQL databases like DynamoDBMust have knowledge of LLM and Gen AI Models (AWS Bedrock)Experience working with Terraform and Cloud Formation for deploymentExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving experience in application working with Entity communication skills and ability to work with various to document requirements and implement solutions effectively.
