Our permanent and contract-focused practice groups are actively seeking experienced recruiters business developers and solutions sales professionals across accounting & finance technology & business transformation specialisations.
Your responsibilities:
Expand your network and foster business relationships in the Auckland market.
Develop a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates.
Manage end-to-end talent solutions for client companies across diverse industry sectors.
Stay abreast of hiring market trends sharing consultative insights.
Engage in company events networking and CSR initiatives.
Your qualifications:
3 years proven experience in agency recruitment or similar B2B client-facing roles.
Strong track record of cultivating business relationships.
Curiosity adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
Passion for technology and eagerness to learn developing a commercial skill set.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ethical growth-oriented and resilient mindset.
Highly effective stakeholder management abilities.
