This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Team Leader to join our wonderful team in Tauranga Hamilton or Auckland.
The role:
- Develop good business relationships with existing andpotential internal and external clients to ensure required project outcomes are met and client satisfaction maintained at a highstandard
- Supports in developing new and repeatbusiness within the assigned region including preparation ofproposalsand bidsforprojects. Supports strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Proven project management investigationdesignandimplementationof arangeofmultidisciplinary projects
- Provide guidance to junior design engineers on projects and be able to train and mentor them
About you:
- BE Civil BSc ME MSc PhD or related qualification specializing in either geotechnical engineering or engineering geology.
- 8 years industry experience or in consulting.
- Working knowledge of public and private sector
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Specialist geotechnical software skills
- Ability to nurture and develop teamwork within the group
- Proven leadership qualities and team management skills
- Organized in multitasking of self and others and able to meet deadlines
