- We seek an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the packaging industry to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.
- The successful candidate will develop and execute effective sales strategies build and maintain relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Create implement and drive strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients understanding their needs and providing tailored packaging solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities emerging trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate sales efforts with the marketing team to execute campaigns product launches and other initiatives.
- Manage motivate and guide the sales team to ensure high performance providing training and development opportunities where needed.
- Ensure top-quality service and support are provided to clients addressing their concerns and feedback promptly.
- Generate regular sales reports analyze performance data and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Monitor sales budgets optimize resource allocation and control operational costs to meet financial targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years in a sales role within the packaging industry with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of the packaging industry including market trends product innovations and key players.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Proficient in using data and market insights to drive decisions and improve sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating contracts closing deals and managing accounts effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office with the ability to quickly learn new sales tools and software.
