Generalista de Recursos Humanos
Acostumbrado a operar en ambientes sindicalizados y de alta exigencia con enfoque en mantener la armona laboral optimizar la productividad del personal y garantizar el cumplimiento de la normatividad laboral y de seguridad.
Aliado estratgico de produccin calidad y mantenimiento con enfoque prctico resolutivo y orientado a resultados.
Experiencia en auditoras manejo de incidencias control de expedientes y aplicacin de reglamentos internos.
Manejo de KPIs de RH clima laboral y rotacin con fuerte compromiso en el desarrollo del talento humano en el piso de planta y oficinas.
Habilidades clave:
Experiencia minima de 2 aos
Licenciatura concluida
Proactivo (a)
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos distintos.
Excel intermedio.
Manejo de software y herramientas de gestin de recursos humanos (deseable Workday.
Manejo de relaciones laborales (ambientes sindicalizados y no sindicalizados)
Administracin de personal y control de incidencias
Capacitacin tcnica
Reclutamiento masivo y especializado para planta
Implementacin de polticas y procedimientos
Manejo de nmina y sistemas de control de asistencia
Normativas IATF 16949 ISO 9001 STPS (deseable)
Preferencia en sistemas de gestin (SAP Kronos TRESS Workday)
