We are seeking brilliant individuals to join our elite team focused on our transformative network monitoring and optimization application deployed within Rakuten Mobile this pivotal role youll play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery and continuous enhancement of this critical technology.
Job Duties
Drive Project Excellence Across Rakuten Mobile
Deliver complex cross-functional projects/programs with internal and external teams.
Continuously monitor project execution identify and address recurring issues and define solutions for optimal delivery.
Ensure adherence to Rakutens Project Management Methodology through high-quality project artifacts.
Manage project timelines deliverables and stakeholder communication.
Provide regular status updates address escalations maintain RAID logs and manage project risks.
Facilitate efficient vendor communication across various time zones.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
Ablity to communicate in Japanese and English
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience managing projects and reporting to senior management
Experience working on Telecom Radio access or Core projects
Languages:
English (Overall - 4 - Fluent)Required Experience:
