Description

Were looking for a Senior Manager to join our Valuation Services practice that prepares objective valuations for financial reporting tax and management planning purposes.

Day-to-day responsabilities:

  • Independently perform complex valuation engagements for diverse corporate clients.
  • Oversee daily execution of transactions in secondary markets for limited partnership interests in hedge funds private equity funds real estate funds and shares in private companies.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients business models strategies and industry challenges.
  • Act as a key interlocutor with clients listening and analyzing their needs to offer valuable solutions.
  • Efficiently organize engagement work and provide clear guidelines to team members.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff in analyses reports and presentations.
  • Prepare and present engagement deliverables clearly and concisely to clients.
  • Build and maintain client relationships acting as a direct contact for current and prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and draft proposals presentations and publications for clients.

Essential traits:

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting or Economics or an MBA from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum 5 years of constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models including: DCF comparable company stock option and intangible asset models
  • CFA and/or CPA professional designations a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing client relationships and mentoring and developing staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of software packages including MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Experience working with diverse teams
