Who you are:
Support the overall performance and development of JY site in Operations China. Support site factories to achieve business results. Coordination of work in the site to meet business demands securing & driving result from our 4 priorities sustainability quality delivery and cost.
About the job:
- Drive and execute local activities in line with the Business plan the Global People strategy and divisional focus to meet Secure customers satisfaction for both internal and external
- Plan and run site major projects/programs master plan within Alfa Laval according to PROMAL DMAIC.
PROMALDMAIC/
- Follow up on the complete project specification objectives deliverables time plan and cost; including own projects and sub-projects.
- Central programs implementation related to overall site business
- Masterplans coordination related to site business manage real estate and facility investment
- Overall internal service of ALJY to meet the business needs
- Participate as an active team member in site meetings.
- Secure Business Principle.
- Be responsible for the trade security and other related management responsibilities of the department involved in the AEO certification standards

Generic competence in addition to Independent II level:
- Min. 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing company
