Who you are:
Support the overall performance and development of JY site in Operations China. Support site factories to achieve business results. Coordination of work in the site to meet business demands securing & driving result from our 4 priorities sustainability quality delivery and cost.
About the job:
- Drive and execute local activities in line with the Business plan the Global People strategy and divisional focus to meet Secure customers satisfaction for both internal and external
- Plan and run site major projects/programs master plan within Alfa Laval according to PROMAL DMAIC.
PROMALDMAIC/
- Follow up on the complete project specification objectives deliverables time plan and cost; including own projects and sub-projects.
- Central programs implementation related to overall site business
- Masterplans coordination related to site business manage real estate and facility investment
- Overall internal service of ALJY to meet the business needs
- Participate as an active team member in site meetings.
- Secure Business Principle.
- Be responsible for the trade security and other related management responsibilities of the department involved in the AEO certification standards

What you know:
Generic competence in addition to Independent II level:
- Min. 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing company
- See opportunities and take initiative
- High performing (exceeding expectations on behaviour and objectives achievement)
- Practical and systematic problem-solving competence i.e. DMAIC (green belt)
Project management competence in addition to Independent II level:
- Proven ability to independently and successfully run projects/programs with international and cross-functional project scope with:
- High technical or organizational complexity
- Strong leadership management negotiation- and multi-cultural skills
Competence supporting behaviour in addition to Independent II level:
- Actively seeks to improve others competence by providing constructive feedback coaching sharing training and assignments which challenge their abilities and encourage development.
- Knowledgeable about financial and business matters; Focuses on costs profits markets new business opportunities and activities which will bring the largest return.
- Comes up with new and imaginative ideas within Alfa Laval values to deliver business goals; Identifies fresh approaches and strives for improvement; Breaks away from tradition.
