Position: Service BDC Representative
The Service Department Business Development Center (BDC) staff member is the initial contact for Customers seeking to schedule an appointment with or ask questions of our dealerships Service Department. The primary goal is to set an accurate quality appointment that enables the dealership to meet the Customers expectations while sounding helpful and courteous at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Promptly and courteously answer all phone calls using the prescribed word tracks
- Identify all Customer needs for the visit prior to offering an appointment time
- Record Customer information accurately
- Record accurate appointments including:
- Accurate Appointment and Estimated Completion Time
- Lines for Each Customer Concern/Need
- Alternate Transportation Need (Shuttle/Rental/Etc.)
- Valid Contact Information
- Conduct Follow-up and Business Development calls promptly according to the prescribed word tracks
- Assist the ASMs by taking and delivering accurate messages when they are not available for direct calls
- Make a minimum of 60 outgoing completed calls daily
The Service Dept. BDC Coordinator reports to the Service BDC Supervisor
What Were Looking For
Prior experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
