Provide inputs to Commercial leader and operationally work with team to meet quarterly targets.
Establish and maintain customer relationship inclusive of C-level and build accountability.
Provide sales leadership to co-ordinate support and motivate Independent Third Parties in meeting yearly sales target. Review key initiatives to increase channels effectiveness.
Conduct product training and application support to system integrators consultants and end users.
Develop strategic plans to pursue key deals. Identify both internal and customer opportunities. Proactively educate and influence customer business decisions using practical solutions to drive results.
Supervise all stages of proposal bidding and negotiation; then lead team to close deals.
Team with local Sales in leveraging customer relationship and leads.
Understand market dynamics trends and competition. Provide feedback in order to guide product promotions price and go-to market strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
Minimum 10 years experience in Sales or Marketing with successful track record.
Strong knowledge in protection control and automation products and systems.
Good exposure to energy transmission & distribution oil & gas and industrial markets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationships/team building. Must be a team builder and team player.
Customer orientated. Growth mindset.
Proactive work style creativity energetic self-motivator who keeps current with industry trends and knowledge.
Excellent negotiating and closing skills.
Fluent in Japanese and English in speaking and writing
