As part of the Finance division the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group provides value added reporting and analysis that ultimately moves the business forward strategically and operationally. Reporting to the Director Finance this newly created role will be responsible for ensuring that our clearing business operates with agility and that resources are mobilized where they are most needed.
This role is responsible for developing and executing capacity planning models analyzing multiple data sets to effectively forecast volumes transactions and productivity ensures optimal resource allocation across the firm and collaborates and partners with senior leaders across the firm to recommend various resource allocation strategies identified.
