This is what youll do:

• Collaborate with experienced financial professionals to learn the basics of financial accounting with a strong emphasis on hand-on experience in booking supplier invoices and preparing supplier payments.
• Invoice Processing:Review verify and process invoices for payment.
• Vendor Management:Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconciliation:Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable to the general ledger.
• Expense Tracking:Ensure proper coding of expenses.
• Record Maintenance:Maintain accurate and organized records of all invoices payments and communications.
• Compliance:Ensure payments are made in compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Reporting:Assist in generating reports on accounts payable activity for management and auditors.

You bring us these skills:

• Higher education in Economics (Bachelors or Masters) preferably in Accounting
• 1-3 years of proven relevant experience as Accounts payble role
• Proficency in spoken and written English (German and/or Dutch are concidered as an advantage)
• Ability to spot discrepancies and errors in financial data ensuring accuracy in accounts payable and payment records and reports.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with others both locally and internationally seeking and offering assistance as needed.
• Willingness to embrace change learn from experiences and adjust approaches when necessary.
• Upholding ethical standards maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating honesty in all interactions.
