Our client is a consulting and solutions provider with world class tech most projects are Fraud and Financial Solutions
Responsibilities:
- This is a customer-facing role you will works directly with the customer and delivery team to fully understand the business and deliver the solutions that are fit for purpose including supporting the customer and relevant technical stakeholders to integrate to our suite of products
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with all stakeholders to design a Business Requirement Document and data mapping for integration.
- Design Business Data mapping between the companys solutions with customers systems to meet the business requirements.
- Lead a team of UAT members in conducting UAT and being responsible for working with users/development teams in achieving the project implementation on time.
- Conduct UAT kick off to communicate with users about overall features and UAT plans.
- Review UAT test cases/test scripts which are covered on test scope.
- Provide support during SIT in terms of any business requirements which need clarification.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prepare test data/test activities and environment readiness validation on UAT phases.
- Manage UAT teams to execute testing of the software applications per agreed timelines.
- Maintain test documentations such as UAT sign-off test plans & test reports etc.
- Liaise with various development teams on UAT defects tracking & resolution.
- Provided coaching and mentoring to the Business Analyst Team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4 Years of experience from working in Business Analyst roles.
- Experiences working on large integration projects with multiple stakeholders and organizations.
- Have a good knowledge of software testing and software development life cycle.
- Experienced in core banking systems datasource attributes and user cases.
- Able to communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement identify problems create solutions and implement efficiency improvements.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
- Experience working with Banks or Financial Institutes (preferable).
- Understanding of the Fraud Industry (preferable).
- Have a Technical Background or coding experience (preferable).
- Very good communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Able for travel to the customers site if required or flexible for relocation depending on the customer project base.
Working: M-F 5 days Hybrid.
Location: MRT Sukhumvit/BTS Asoke.
