Entry Director of Innovation and Transformation
Location: Monterrey Campus

What will you do
Lead the academic experience ensuring follow-up management and promotion of the students competency development during their first three semesters while connecting them with academic activities and experiences that strengthen their graduate profile. Support student recruitment efforts at the entry stage.
Your main challenges will be:
- Manage initiatives to monitor and enhance student academic experience during their first three semesters.
- Oversee guide and promote the development of student competencies.
- Ensure academic quality for IIT students by providing guidance on curricular options international opportunities internships concentrations and industry connections.
- Track key performance indicators and evidence preparing self-study reports for accreditors for the first three semesters of the program.
- Strengthen the programs relationships with companies and other universities.
What are we looking for
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field graduated from a university ranked in the QS Top 200 or with academic stays at highly prestigious universities.
- Note: For external candidates a PhD is mandatory. For internal candidates a Masters degree in the field may be considered.
- International professional experience.
- Industrial professional experience (highly recommended).
