The Role

Were hiring a People Operations Manager to own HR across EMEA and help drive expansion into APAC. This isnt about maintaining processes its about shaping them. Youll be the go-to leader for hundreds of employees across Ireland Poland the Netherlands and the UK while partnering with the C-suite to open new markets (weve just launched Australia Saudi Arabia and the UAE).

This is a career-defining opportunity to build the People Ops playbook for Europe and influence how we scale across APAC.

What Youll Do

• Own People Ops across EMEA ensuring compliance scalability and an exceptional employee experience.
• Launch new markets partner with leadership to stand up hiring and HR frameworks in new countries.
• Be a strategic partner collaborate with C-suite and managers across product engineering and go-to-market teams.
• Scale with speed drive automation optimize workflows and keep our HRIS and processes audit-ready.
• Lead with impact manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and set the tone for a culture of trust and growth.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years in HR/People Ops with direct ownership of a region or business unit.
• Track record of scaling People Ops across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of European labor law visas and compliance (or better yet a strong desire to learn).
• Experience in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.
• Comfortable influencing senior leadership and building frameworks from scratch.
• Bonus: experience launching operations in APAC markets.
