Your Role at a Glance: The key ways youll bring value to the team

• Co-own the full employee lifecycle from first welcome to smooth offboarding delivering an experience that feels intentional warm and world-class

• Power our People tech stack across HRIS and key tools keeping data accurate systems evolving and adoption high

• Design and improve the People Ops engine by tightening workflows documenting processes and spotting automation that saves time and reduces toil

• Turn data into insight with clear dashboards and reports that guide sharper People and leadership decisions

• Protect trust through compliance and clarity by partnering with Legal and Finance and keeping knowledge hubs current and accessible

• Be the first stop for employee queries identify patterns and root causes and feed improvements back into policies and processes

• Champion culture engagement and DEIB so the workplace is inclusive supportive and energising

• Own and contribute to People projects including benefit reviews system upgrades cyclical processes and process audits with measurable impact

• Act as a trusted partner to employees for day-to-day People guidance and exceptional employee experience

• Maintain high-quality documentation and SOPs so processes are scalable and consistent across locations

• Proactively spot risks close gaps and raise the bar on operational excellence during this 12-month maternity cover

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4 years in People Operations within fast-paced scaling environments

• Proven ability to build and improve processes that are efficient intuitive and employee-centric

• Strong experience with HR systems and People tools ideally HiBob Ashby and Jira

• Comfortable analysing HR data and producing reports that drive action

• Excellent organisation and prioritisation across multiple concurrent workflows

• Proactive solutions-first mindset with strong ownership and follow-through

• Clear approachable communicator who builds trust across teams and levels

• Resilient and adaptable with ease navigating change and ambiguity

• Genuine commitment to inclusive people-first practices and continuous learning

How Youll Stand Out

• Led People Ops projects that delivered measurable efficiency or a step change in employee experience

• Rolled out or optimised HRIS workflows or automations with clear outcomes

• Blended data empathy and creativity to design People experiences that feel thoughtful and modern

What to Expect After You Apply

Global Offices and Working Policy

Dublin Our Buzzing HQ

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

London One Big Family

Home to around 30 employees our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. Youll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.

Sydney Small but Mighty

Our close-knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model fostering strong collaboration.

Charlotte our new US hub
Weve opened our doors in the heart of Uptown Charlotte with a brand new space designed to foster in-person collaboration while supporting hybrid flexibility.

Remote Across the US & Europe

The majority of our Tech org works remotely across the UK and Europe coming together throughout the year for off-sites company kick off and technical kick off. We also have a growing number of remote team members across the US.
