Were looking for a Tech Lead Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a critical role for someone passionate about building scalable modern backend systems using Microsoft technologies and cloud-native patterns.
Youll work closely with architects product managers and fellow engineers to design and deliver high-impact features with an emphasis on CQRS event-driven architecture and cloud-first principles. Were also looking for someone who has spent at least 2 years in a Lead Engineer capacity bringing strong leadership mentoring and architecture experience to the table.

- Architecture: CQRS NoSQL Microservices
- DevOps: GitHub GitHub Actions
- Data: Cosmos DB NoSQL SQL Server
What Youll Do
- Design build and maintain highly available backend systems and APIs.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers.
- Ensure best practices in code quality testing and CI/CD.
- Work in a collaborative agile team environment with product and design.
What Were Looking For
- 6 years of hands-on backend development experience primarily with .NET Core.
- 2 years as aLead Engineer or Technical Lead.
- Strong knowledge ofAzure services (App Services Cosmos DB Service Bus Event Hubs).
- Experience withNoSQL data stores and CQRS pattern.
- Comfortable working withGitHub and GitHub Actions for source control and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A problem-solver mindset with attention to clean architecture and scalability.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-scale distributed environment.
- Familiarity with event sourcing patterns.
- Knowledge of containerization and infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Docker Bicep/Terraform).
