Tech Lead & Azure

We are seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in designing and delivering modern cloud-native backend systems. This position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with leadership experience and a passion for building scalable resilient platforms.

You will work closely with architects product managers and engineers to shape system design mentor team members and ensure best practices are consistently applied across our solutions. The right candidate will bring strong architectural skills proven leadership and a track record of delivering high-quality systems using Microsoft technologies.

Backend: .NET Core (C#)
Cloud: Azure (App Services Cosmos DB Service Bus Event Hubs)
Architecture: CQRS Microservices Event-Driven NoSQL
DevOps: GitHub and GitHub Actions
Data: Cosmos DB SQL Server NoSQL

What Youll Do

Design build and maintain highly available backend systems and APIs.
Lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
Mentor and support engineers fostering growth and best practices.
Drive quality through clean code testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver impactful features.

What Were Looking For

6 years of backend development experience Core.
2 years in a Lead Engineer or Technical Lead capacity.
Strong expertise with Azure services (App Services Cosmos DB Service Bus Event Hubs).
Experience with CQRS and NoSQL data stores.
Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for source control and CI/CD.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A strong understanding of clean architecture scalability and performance.

Nice to Have

Experience working in high-scale distributed environments.
Familiarity with event sourcing patterns.
Exposure to containerization and infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Docker Bicep Terraform).
