Project (Electrical Automation Control) Engineer Singapore Rolling Contract
Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: Rolling Contract Hire
Start Date:Immediate ASAP
Working week/Month: 40-45 Hours per Week OT after 45 hours
The Project
Installation of a new PLC and SCADA system. Alongside upgrading the existing PLC and SCADA system.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the project automation teams both internal and external vendors during the design and implementation phase.
- Provide Technical Solution for Process related issues in the variety of Complex Liquid aseptic filling and packaging process.
- Engage and work together with System integrate Vendor for new Process development automation projects.
- Troubleshot and find a solution for process automation related issue and with RCA and CAPA
- Support and contribution of Yield Improvement Project with project team.
- Coordinate PM Optimization (Preventive maintenance) to reduce the Maintenance cost with the help of Lean six sigma.
- Work Together with Maintenance Engineer to solve the repeated engineering issue.
- Manage and maintain the HACCP in process related such as Xray Metal Detector and pasteurization CCP.
- Drives the use of technology in engineering maintenance and reliability engineering. Integrates best practices through focus on external competitors and other industries.
- Great communication skills Internal and external interaction Relationship building.
Candidate Requirements
- Singaporean Singapore Permanent Resident or EP Holder
- 5-10 years of experience post qualification (Electrical Engineering Electronics Automation etc)
- Experience in the system architecture implementation and commissioning of automation systems relating to hygienic process mechanical equipment.
- Experience gained in PLC and Scada platforms Specifically Rockwell Allen-Bradley MicroLogix CompactLogix ControlLogix and AVEVA Wonderware or Intouch.
- Experience gained ideally working on hygienic liquid or powder processing within the food beverage dairy or GMP style industry.
- Ideally strong track record of managing deliverables.
- Experience with DeltaV is prefferred
