Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers;
- Answer customer promptly with updated information on product engineering and trouble-shooting techniques;
- Build-up an effective link with customer through routine visits;
- Collect analyze field technical data and elaborate technical review;
- Report to OEM technical-related issues;
- Update customer database;
- Ensure OEM trouble shooting and maintenance standards are correctly implemented;
- Introduce products and technical services to new operators;
- Participate to dedicated technical training courses;
- Review repair station shop finding reports and elaborate technical analysis;
- Assist Customer and Material Supply Department to procure adequate documentation tools or parts;
- Attend annual field service engineers meeting;
- Demonstrate special tools at customer base;
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Competencies
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Aviation mechanic & electronic engineering;
- At least 5 years experience in aircraft maintenance associated with engineering or line maintenance;
- Former employment with a domestic airline is an advantage;
- Proficient in using AMM/CMM;
- Well-versed in MS Office;
- Fluent Chinese and good oral and written English;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Responsibility and service oriented;
- Strong communication and coordination skills;
- Action oriented focus active communication;
- Strong team spirit and learning adapting capability;
- Cross-cultural competence;
- Ability to work under pressure.
