Responsibilities
- Lead China regional low voltage wiring component (wire connector terminal clip tape etc.) development and release.

- Lead Ford global 12V power-point design and release.

- Develop local suppliers to deliver low cost components.
- Support the wiring engineer to identify the proper component for new program wiring design.
- Support the wiring engineer for in-production program design optimization for cost saving.
- Lead the EDS component quality issues investigation and find the resolution.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Solid automotive engineering knowledge especially in wiring harness design;
