Education & Credentials
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Management Nursing or a related field required; Masters degree preferred.
Current knowledge of healthcare regulations compliance standards and safety protocols.
Experience
35 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare clinical operations or medical practice setting.
Proven track record in staff management including recruiting training performance evaluation and retention.
Experience overseeing daily clinic operations patient flow and scheduling.
Strong background in financial oversightbudgeting cost control and revenue management.
Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and supporting growth initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to foster collaboration and accountability.
Excellent problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills.
Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy urgency and professionalism.
Proficiency in healthcare software systems (Athena is a big plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
