Executive Assistant

Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive based on experience and skillset

Work Directly with C-Suite Executives & Entrepreneurs Abroad Remotely

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant you will provide high-level administrative support while actively participating in projects that shape the companys success. You will manage schedules coordinate travel handle expense reports assist in operations and contribute to initiatives that leverage your skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Support: Assist with HR functions such as payroll support
  • Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
  • Customer Service: Communicate with vendors
  • Strategic Contribution: Offer insights problem-solving and creative input in executive-level discussions

What We Are Looking For

  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Transparent and trustworthy with the ability to handle sensitive confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and project management tools
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt learn and grow
  • Reliable and consistent in following through on tasks and commitments

Requirements

  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).
