About the Role
PwCs Tech Strategy practice is seeking a Senior Associate to play a key role in helping clients navigate the ever-evolving technology landscape. This position requires a combination of strategic insight technical expertise and hands-on problem-solving skills to support organizations in aligning their IT strategies with business objectives. You will work closely with clients to drive innovation digital transformation and operational excellence across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.
Assess IT landscapes identify gaps and recommend solutions for cloud adoption software development and data analysis.
Provide expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) DevOps AI/ML and IoT technologies.
Lead cloud strategy architecture design and digital transformations.
Analyze IT processes and recommend improvements using Agile (DevSecOps) ITIL and automation frameworks.
Facilitate collaboration across hybrid teams ensuring smooth execution of IT projects.
Leverage data visualization tools and project management software to track and optimize performance.
Develop financial models business cases and benchmarking analyses for strategic initiatives.
Coach and mentor junior team members while fostering an environment of accountability and collaboration.
Key Competencies
Strong background in cloud computing IT effectiveness and digital transformation.
Expertise in cloud adoption migration and operationalization.
Understanding of strategic sourcing process automation and IT governance.
Experience in incident and problem management across various industries.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate mentor and lead teams effectively.
Ability to analyze and optimize IT processes architecture and emerging technologies.
Agile and adaptable capable of reprioritizing tasks in response to dynamic business needs.
Proactive in providing thought leadership sharing insights and driving innovation.
Bachelors degree in a STEM field (Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics).
6 years of relevant experience in industry or consulting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office project management tools and data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree (MSc in Technology).
8 years of experience in strategy consulting.
Certifications such as TOGAF SAFe ITIL AWS or Azure.
Experience with SDLC tools cloud service providers and modern programming languages.
