Job Description
KITE Search is currently working with a leading International Design Consultancy who have a strong footprint across Asia. They are well respected globally and are well known for their design excellence and catalog of award winning designs. As we approach 2022 they are looking to appoint an HR Manager to oversee the Hong Kong and Southern China offices.
You will be dealing with recruitment as a focus area daily people management and HR administration reporting into the Head of HR for Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer Human Resources activities including recruitment onboarding performance management
General front-line employee relations record keeping and administration
Be able to coach and lead the Admin and HR teams in HK And Southern China
Implement global HR policies and activities locally
Coordinate with regional team for compensation and payroll
Contract management as per local labour law
Position Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
8 years of Human Resources experience preferably within similar industry
Understanding of HR Best Practices and operations.
Demonstrated experience recruiting in a fast paced work environment
Knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Laws understanding China Labour Laws is a benefit
Interest in the design industry will be considered an asset
Written communication skills in English Mandarin and Cantonese
Good communication and stakeholder management ability
