Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from demand planning inventory reports and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with operations production and other supply chain teams.
- Ensure production schedules align with demand forecasts.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular checks to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Work with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies.
- Monitor supplier performance and address supply chain issues.
- Contribute to process improvements through cross-functional teamwork.
- Prepare and present supply chain performance reports and ad hoc updates to senior management
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or a related field.
- At least 2 - 5 years of Supply Planning or relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Able to build good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Capable of working under pressure finding solutions and managing risks.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office &U Power BI
