About the role
Join our team as a Superintendent WRP based in Woolgoolga and play a key role in protecting our environment and community. Youll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Coffs Harbours Water Reclamation Plants ensuring compliance with EPA and reclaimed water standards. This hands-on role offers variety from process monitoring and maintenance to guiding junior staff and supporting plant upgrades. This position is located at Woolgoolga WRP with the requirement to attend and/or work at other sites/locations having regard to the nature of the role. Ideally you will have flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

About you
To be successful in this role youll need a Certificate IV in Water Industry Operations (Water/Wastewater) a current Class C drivers licence and certifications in First Aid and Confined Space Entry. Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes including SCADA systems chemical dosing and EPA compliance is essential. Solid communication computer literacy and hands-on technical skills will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
