General Summary:
- The Lead IT Trainer is responsible for designing implementing and delivering comprehensive training programs for all clinical business and back-office applications utilized within the organization.
- This includes training in EMR systems such as Sunrise Clinical Manager and myEvolv business applications like Athena IDX and Cobblestone as well as Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel.
- The primary goal is to ensure that all staff members are proficient in using these applications to their fullest potential thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
- Education: Bachelors degree in information technology education or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT training preferably within healthcare or related sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical and business applications including Sunrise Clinical Manager myEvolv Athena IDX Cobblestone and Microsoft Office packages (Word Excel).
- Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive training programs for diverse applications and user ability levels.
- Experience in delivering training for EMR systems and business applications.
- Proficiency in assisting providers with initial setup during onboarding including configuring profiles and educating providers to utilize Dragon Medical One.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train staff and ensure proficiency.
- Ability to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness through effective training strategies.

The pay range for this position is $60000 minimum to $70000 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
