We are seeking a Lead Learning and Development professional to drive our training strategy and enhance employee capabilities across the organization. This role requires an experienced leader who is passionate about creating a culture of learning and development. The Lead will oversee the design delivery and evaluation of training programs ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position also involves mentoring and guiding the team to achieve excellence in training delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design and enhancement of training programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization utilizing best practices in instructional design and learning principles.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement within teams and departments.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.
Lead facilitation of advanced training sessions and workshops employing innovative instructional techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives utilizing data to inform improvements and innovations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members supporting their professional growth and development within the L&D function.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in L&D to ensure the organizations learning materials are cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Organizational Development or a related field; Masters preferred.
3-4 years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience with instructional design and familiarity with current learning technologies.
Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
