We are an international team representing many cultures and working together towards one goal; and that is to take responsibility for the projects within the Supplier Relations department and to proactively think along with commercial processes.
RoleThe supplier support ultimate goal is to provide positive supplier experiences developing leads into new contracted suppliers by enhancing relationships between them and identifying and assessing venue needs to achieve satisfaction. The Supplier Support will act as a liaison provide Meetingselect software product/services information and answer questions. Furthermore the Supplier Support proactively thinks along with customer service commercial processes and is genuinely excited to help venues and hotels. The Supplier Support reports to the Team Leader Supplier Support.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new users of Venues and Hotels
- Assist in sales tenders implementation and Supplier Sales management
- processes
- Assisting with the onboarding of new venues closing contracts and selling marketing packages
- Contact with hotels/venues by email and phone
- Helping MarCom with the preparation of mailings and newsletters for venues
- Preparing reports for venues
- Drafting venue contracts send out and manage Contract RFPs
- Keeping the back-end of the company and venue profiles in order monitoring CRM quality
- Providing general support to the Supplier Relations team

What do you bring
You have at least an MBO diploma Office management Hotelschool secretary education
You have 1-2 years of working experience
You like to independently tackle matters and also work in a team
You are stress-resistant independent problem-solving and eager to learn
You are customer-oriented proactive team player flexible and accurate
Good communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and English both spoken and written.
