Job Summary
For Euromaster in Deventer we are looking for a jr. Business Support Controller with good analytical skills.
What are you going to do
- Build financial analysis: performance of a market segment follow-up of marketing and communication costs productivity etc.
- Participate to closing activities by leading some processes (ex: deferred rebates accrual) leading closing in controlling reporting tools and working (controls during closings) with accounting department and the CFO to ensure accuracy of financial information;
- Assist and advice colleagues in other departments (such as marketing & sales operations IT etc.) in economic steering: variances compared to budget and previous year identification of possible route causes etc;
- Animate the budget and reforecast within the company build proposals for the management.
Competencies:
- Able to work in dynamic environment (company in the manufacturing industry) with people from different cultures (sales IT procurement);
- Self motivated and curious: able to know where to look for the information;
- Experience within an international organization;
- Good analytical skills;
- Business controlling knowledge: intermediate (budget process used to make links between events and financials able to write an executive summary);
- Accounting knowledge: basic (understanding Debit / Credit; able to read a P&L and a BS) intermediate a plus;
- Good knowledge of the English and Dutch languages: written and spoken.
