Location: San Francisco CA (Hybrid: 4 days onsite/week). Relocation assistance available.

We build scalable reliable software foundations that improve product quality and developer effectiveness across multiple platforms. We partner closely with product and engineering teams to deliver fast while establishing durable secure systems.
About the Role:
Were seeking a Software Quality Engineer to own and evolve build systems and pipelines. Youll design and maintain robust flexible workflows that connect platforms improve quality and enable teams to ship confidently. Youll work across diverse tech stacks making pragmatic tradeoffs to move quickly while laying strong longterm foundations.
In this role you will:
Own and improve build systems across interconnected platforms.
Drive software quality and developer productivity at scale.
Build flexible scalable foundations while adapting to platform requirements.
Stand up new systems and take them through production.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth highquality releases.
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have 7 years of professional software engineering experience focused on build systems infrastructure or quality engineering.
Have a track record of improving software quality and developer productivity in complex environments.
Are comfortable working across diverse tech stacks and platforms.
Have taken systems from early development through production.
Exercise strong judgment balancing speed quality and longterm maintainability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with application and service build pipelines.
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment workflows at scale.
Background in performance optimization automated testing and release engineering.
