Job Summary
Senior Cook(6:30 am 1:30 pm)Start Date: August 25 2025Responsibilities include:Knowledge of nutritional requirements of National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs as established by the USDABased on written recipes understand and prepare the daily menu alternate menu selections and a la carte items as plannedAbility to understand and follow established HACCP safety and sanitation regulationsDemonstrate knowledge and safe operation of food service equipment during use and cleaningAssist Food Service Manager in overall kitchen performance including ordering inventory and organizationAbility to direct and assist other staff members as neededAbility to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with supervisors co-workers students and faculty to establish and strengthen professional working relationships
