Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support and coordination for the automotive sales team.
- Assist with order processing tracking and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Monitor and maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Track sales activities forecasts and targets.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales support or customer service role preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of automotive products parts and industry terminology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
