Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the furniture/contract sales industry.
- Identify and target potential clients in the furniture/contract sales sector to expand the companys client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects designers and property developers.
- Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends product knowledge and emerging technologies in the furniture/contract sales sector.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline to management.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Participate in trade shows exhibitions and industry events.
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Business Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the furniture/contract sales industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of the furniture industry including products trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leadership and team management skills.
