Are you a visionary leader with a passion for excellence in claims management Chubb New Zealand is seeking an exceptional individual to take the helm as the Head of NZ Claims. This is your chance to shape the future of our Claims department and drive game-changing initiatives that will set industry standards.

What Youll Do:

  • Drive Strategic Vision: Set and align the New Zealand Claims strategic vision with our global objectives to ensure we meet our customers evolving needs.
  • Budget Mastery: Lead the development and proactive management of the NZ Claims annual budget ensuring financial targets are not only met but exceeded.
  • People Management: Mentor and develop a team of claims professionals guiding them to deliver top-notch service while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Vendor Relations: Oversee all contracts and relationships with third-party vendors ensuring compliance with New Zealand policies while maximizing business value.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operational procedures meet regulatory standards maintaining the highest level of legal compliance and business continuity planning.


Qualifications

A strategic thinker with strong business acumen capable of analysing complex issues and leveraging insights to drive claims excellence.
A relationship builder able to engage with brokers regulatory bodies and key stakeholders to influence outcomes and maintain high standards.
A proven leader with a track record of developing talent and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.
