Responsibilities

As our Data Operations Team Lead youll spearhead critical initiatives in our Counterparty Managementgroup leading a dynamic team whilecollaborating with Citco Technology to analyze develop & enhance internal tools that support increased levels of automation and intuitive self-service for operations.

Your Impact
As Team Lead in our Data Operations Counterparty Management Team youll drive excellence in:
* Leading automation initiatives
* Ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
* Building strong relationships with high-profile clients and brokers
* Mentoring and developing team talent
The successful candidate will be part of the Data Operationsdepartment whose primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective management of all aspects for inbound broker and banking data (counterparty) feeds. As a group with representation in Asia Pacific Europe and North America the team provides seamless support to all CFS offices on a global basis.
Leadership & Team Management
* Guide and develop a high-performing team
* Set and maintain quality standards
* Conduct performance reviews and identify growth opportunities
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Manage workload distribution and team KPIs
* Working on a growing global team
* Assist your Manager in design and implementation of work-flow processes and improvements
* Prospective candidate should be highly organized be able to self manage and demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities.
Technical Operations and Automation
* Oversee automated data processing systems - using suite of ETL tools
* Analyze data files and build business logic to translate into Citcos systems
* * Resolve complex data challenges
* Build repeatable and scalable processes to manage large data loads
* Help to build improvements to automation tools
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Support and coordinate with internal stakeholders effectively manage expectations with internal operations staff
* Act as escalation point for issues where data content discrepancies are encountered. Assist when external interaction is necessary.
* Build strong relationships with Brokers and Counterparties - work to get improvements in delivery times and improvements in data content.
* Ensure we are using best-in-class data from counterparties
* Drive process improvements
* Manage internal and external expectations
* Ensure service level agreements are met
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Finance IT Business or related field
* 3-5 years financial services experience
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Leadership experience or potential
Technical Skills
* Experience with data file management
* Understanding of ETL and/or Data Load processes (desired)
* SQL knowledge (desired)
* Any automation experience
