Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Project Manager (Salesforce) to join our talented team!
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects including planning execution risk management and delivery.
- Vendor Management: Manage outsource vendor including contracts management execution and delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business teams technical teams and leadership to gather requirements define project scope and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance to vendors ensuring best practices in Salesforce architecture coding and integration.
- Customisation & Configuration: Oversee and validate Salesforce customisations workflows validation rules process automation and security settings.
- Integration Management: Manage third-party integrations and API connections with Salesforce.
- Agile & Scrum Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives) to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks dependencies and roadblocks in projects and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation including business processes system architecture and user guides. Train end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all Salesforce implementations comply with security best practices governance policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce project management and implementation.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant
- MP Scrum Master or Agile Certifications
- Strong analytical conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence.
- A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
