In this role youll take ownership of designing and executing both manual and automated tests using a robust test automation framework. Youll work closely with engineers and developers to identify issues assess risk and ensure high-quality software delivery. Your ability to detect bugs track resolutions and continuously improve testing procedures will be key to driving efficiency and value. Key Responsibilities

• Designs and writes tests cognizant of the risk of the change

• Execute test cases under varying circumstances both manual and automated.

• Track defects and resolution timescales to enable tests to be re-planned and repeated

• Utilize test automation Framework to drive efficiencies and value

• Document and evaluates test results

• Detect log and report program bugs and errors

• Investigate and identify likely problem causes in software

• Ongoing review of test procedures to improve value

• Partners with Engineers to drive Quality Assurance

• Work with software developers to determine solutions

• Participate in Agile Ceremonies

Skills & experience

• Bachelors in relevant field

• Min 3 years experience with QA/Test Automation role. Experience with CRM tools will be highly preferred

• Experience in project management and QA approaches

• Advance knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium Appium Serenity BDD Playwright

• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java Postman

• Working knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM or other major CRM solutions

• Strong problem-solving skills w/excellent organisational and time management skills
