In this role youll take ownership of designing and executing both manual and automated tests using a robust test automation framework. Youll work closely with engineers and developers to identify issues assess risk and ensure high-quality software delivery. Your ability to detect bugs track resolutions and continuously improve testing procedures will be key to driving efficiency and value. Key Responsibilities
Designs and writes tests cognizant of the risk of the change
Execute test cases under varying circumstances both manual and automated.
Track defects and resolution timescales to enable tests to be re-planned and repeated
Utilize test automation Framework to drive efficiencies and value
Document and evaluates test results
Detect log and report program bugs and errors
Investigate and identify likely problem causes in software
Ongoing review of test procedures to improve value
Partners with Engineers to drive Quality Assurance
Work with software developers to determine solutions
Participate in Agile Ceremonies
Skills & experience
Bachelors in relevant field
Min 3 years experience with QA/Test Automation role. Experience with CRM tools will be highly preferred
Experience in project management and QA approaches
Advance knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium Appium Serenity BDD Playwright
Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java Postman
Working knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM or other major CRM solutions
Strong problem-solving skills w/excellent organisational and time management skills
