Description:
We are hiring on behalf of our client a respected full-service law firm with a strong presence in Dublin who are seeking a Legal Executive to join their busy Litigation & Regulation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting high-level litigation and regulatory enforcement work on behalf of public and commercial bodies.
The ideal candidate will bring a background in debt recovery litigation excellent administrative and communication skills and experience working with financial data and legal case management systems.

The Role:
Manage the download tracking and update of litigation files using Revenues RFTS and RES systems
Assist with the reconciliation of client accounts processing of outlays debtor payments and invoice delivery
Liaise with supervising solicitors clients Revenue and external stakeholders
Progress Revenue debt recovery proceedings across all court levels
Handle daily administrative tasks manage documentation and update internal systems (Axxia)
Record chargeable and non-chargeable time and support risk and information security protocols
Adhere to file management and data handling policies in line with firm-wide systems and compliance
The Person:
Experience in debt recovery litigation or a similar legal support role
Prior experience acting for public bodies or large institutions is an advantage
Proficient in Excel with strong financial and IT acumen
Highly organised detail-oriented and proactive
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working in a team-oriented process-driven environment
