Qualifications

Expertise in securities Law and Legal Issues
Skills in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
Proficiency in providing Legal Advice
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Experience in the energy aerospace or defense sectors is a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing with the state bar
