Position : Project Manager
Work Hours (Client) : 8am - 5pm CST
Pay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : Latin America
Work Location : REMOTE
Duties and Responsibilities:
The company is in a high-growth phase expanding internal medicine services across South Texas. We are launching three new reimbursable service lines over the next 18 months and opening a newly acquired fully built-out medical office to support these efforts. Our mission is to improve quality of care drive recurring revenue and expand our patient base with new programs that align with payer priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage the launch of the above service lines including timelines staffing coordination SOP creation and KPI tracking
- Coordinate with billing and RCM teams to ensure reimbursement success
- Assist with hiring training and operationalizing staff across three South Texas locations
- Track and analyze performance metrics for each revenue stream
This roadmap and team expansion will set the foundation for significant net income growth and scale over the next 1218 months.
Strategic Goals ():
- Launch Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Advanced Care Planning (ACPM):
- Target Population: Medicare patients with two or more chronic conditions
- Services: Non-face-to-face care coordination medication reconciliation goal-setting ACP discussions
- Revenue Model: Monthly recurring reimbursement (CPT )
- Outcome: Improve patient retention enhance quality metrics and create a high-margin service line
- Stand Up Behavioral Health (CoCM BHI and Traditional Services):
- CoCM (Collaborative Care Model): Embedded behavioral health support for PCPs (CPT )
- BHI: General mental health integration into internal medicine visits (CPT 99484)
- Traditional Behavioral Health: Separate room-based LCSW and PMHNP services focused on anxiety depression ADHD etc.
- Goal: Use a blended model to capture both traditional therapy visits and integrated behavioral codes across the primary care population
- Establish Obesity & Diabetes Management Services:
- Services: Weight loss counseling nutritionist/dietitian consults GLP-1 monitoring diabetes education
- Patient Base: Commercial and Medicare
- Revenue Model: Evaluation & management (E/M) visits G0447 and medication management
- Goal: Build a recurring patient model that ties into CCM and metabolic health
- Operationalize New Office Building (McAllen):
- Address: 1200 E. Savannah Ave. Units 14 & 14B
- Capacity: 12 exam rooms large waiting area behavioral health wing
- Goal: Move McAllen operations into new space and use excess room to support growth in service lines above
Support Needed Key Offshore Hire: We are actively hiring a project manager-level offshore team member to act as a right hand to the founder and help execute this roadmap.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English & Spanish Communication Skills (Bi-lingual is a must have)
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3 years of related experience
Industry: Medicine-related industry (required)
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare billing and reimbursement
- Familiar with CMS programs like CCM ACPM CoCM and BHI
- Able to work across teams to build new workflows documentation systems and care pathways
- Highly organized with project management experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Bonus: Familiarity with Athena EMR behavioral health operations or internal medicine workflows
