Job Summary
Drive cost efficiency in the field operation act as point of contact toward central cost governance team. Manage complex stand-alone projects or sub projects in own or related competence domain or technical area. Manages the relation with one or more (groups of) stakeholders on operational level. Set up overarching KPI and reporting structure compile and consolidate team reporting documentation
Responsibilities:
Business analysis and cost efficiency deep dive
- act as interface toward HQ cost governance team
- map out logistics elements and drivers through supply chain flows
- identify cost drivers in logistics operation translate field cost efficiency opportunities
- coordinate projects
Project Management and execution
Has thorough experience with the Project Management Methodology project reporting risk analysis and using ASMLs project management tools
Project scope definition
Project Planning / Roadmap
Project Resource Management
Stakeholder Management and Advising
Project Review / Reporting
Performance analysis and drive for CI opportunities
- Participate in KPI and performance reporting cycle
- Reconcile with internal and external to team up and deliver on improvements
Qualification
- Relevant bachelor degree or above (e.g. major in business administration supply chain etc.)
- 8 years relevant experience in a large international company preferably in Consulting firms (e.g. in supply chain operation logistics or international trade)
- Strong knowledge and experience in operation or project management or with solid consulting firm background hands on real business cases
- Skillful in presentation and data analytics with actionable insight
- Good communication and people engagement skill
- Proficient in English and Mandarin both written and oral. For English CET8 or equivalent
- Traveling >30%
