The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal Quebec the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. Position summary
This project involves the development and updating of a variety of software applications used to assess hemodialysis adequacy and to analyze ambulatory blood pressure monitoring studies. The role is a part-time occasional position to develop and implement these software applications. Advanced software development and coding skills are required.
General Duties
Reviewing existing software applications and either updating these or developing new software
Integration of new software with existing applications within the MUHC environment
Preparation of detailed manuals explaining how to use the software and how to update in future.
Bilingualism preferred spoken and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Status : Temporary Occasional
Pay Scale: $30.60 to $56.82/hour
Commensurate with education & work experience.
Work Shift: Variable Schedule
Work Site: Hybrid
A combination of remote work and some on-site work at the Montreal Childrens Hospital is required.
